How it works

Getting parts NOW is only 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Getting Started

Step 1.1 – In the getting started dialog box just input three simple lines of contact information


  • Email address
  • Contact Name
  • Phone number


This information will be used to respond with a all inclusive email quotation.

If there are any concerns or questions on your parts we will contact you via phone to discuss or host a brief online meeting.



Step 2: Part Options


Step 2.1 – Part options dialog box asks for general part information.


  • Quantity
  • Material
  • Select File
  • Finish
  • Desired turn around
  • Shipping method


There are several material finishes offered:


  • Anodize – Blue
  • Anodize – Clear
  • Anodize – Gray
  • Anodize – Green
  • Anodize – Purple
  • Anodize – Red
  • Anodize – Tan
  • Iridite – Clear
  • Iridite – Yellow

Step 2.2 – Is a series of questions to ensure that all of the special features are brought to light.


Tapped holes – Helicoils – Reamed holes – Tight tolerance concerns


These are to make sure nothing is overlooked when milling from 3D data. This is another added precaution to guarantee that our customers get what they want.


Step 2.3 – Identify how fast you really need your parts made and shipped.


Pick the desired production time:


  • 1-3 days
  • 3-5 days
  • 5-7 days
  • 2 weeks
  • 4 weeks
  • 6 weeks


Select your desired shipping method:


  • Next Day Air
  • Next Day Air Saver
  • 2nd Day
  • 3 Day Select
  • Ground


Step 2.4 – Next attach your 3D Model file  [*.sldprt, *.x_t, *.iges, *.step]


Select your 3D model file.


Step 2.5 – Next attach a reference file. [*.pdf, *.dwg, *.dxf, *.slddrw ]


Select a Reference file.

Reference drawings are not required in our process though always helpful if you have specific design criteria that your trying to accomplish. Attaching additional reference drawings can only help.


If any special instruction or comments need to be relayed there is an additional comments & job notes section.


Step 2.6 – Add Additional Parts or Proceed to Shipping info


After completing the Part Information – you have an option to add additional parts.
If you add parts you will repeat Steps 2.1 thru 2.5
When you have added all the parts you want quoted proceed to Step 3 – shipping info & Confirmation


Step 3: Shipping & Confirm Information


Step 3.1 – Fill out your shipping address.



Step 3.2 look over the information provided and submit your part for quotation.


You will get an auto response from the system that your submission has been made.



If additional information or part clarification is required someone will contact you directly via phone. If no additional information is required you will receive your quote via email.



If your quote is satisfactory. Follow the link in the body of the quote email to our secure payment gateway. When your checkout is complete, our system will put your job into production.



You will be notified from time to time via email on the progression of your project as it travels though our process system. Finally you will receive an email notification that your parts have shipped with full tracking information.
